This particular oil-free tofu marinade is so simple, packed with flavor, and classically delicious.

Ingredients
3 TBS of tamari
2 1/2 limes, squeezed
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoon of maple or date syrup
1 pack of tofu
Red pepper flakes
Directions
- Press 1 block of tofu
- Cut tofu into squares
- Marinate in all of the ingredients for 4+ hours
- Fry in a nonstick stovetop pan until crispy.
- Enjoy in a wrap, over a bowl of rice, in a buddha bowl, or as the center of your plate.
