2. Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing
Missing ranch dressing now that you’re whole food plant-based? You can ditch the fake "fat-free" bottled stuff that tastes like chemicals and whisk up this delicious oil-free ranch salad dressing instead.
Start by making a batch of this cashew cream recipe and then add a ½ cup water, 2 Tablespoons fresh minced dill seasoning, a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of maple syrup or date syrup. Blend until creamy use on your favorite salad, or as a veggie dip. Yum!
3. Oil-Free Sesame Lemon Dressing
You are going to love this one. This oil-free vegan dressing tastes good with everything. It's creamy and sweet and loaded with vitamin C for an immune system boost. You don’t need olive oil to make a delicious balsamic oil-free salad dressing and it's so easy to make. Just whisk up 3 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 Tablespoons of Dijon mustard, and 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup (or date syrup). And voila -- the easiest oil-free dressing recipe out there.
We love to dress it up with a bit of garlic powder and a pinch of dried or fresh basil and oregano. Or add a bit of nutritional yeast to add a savory twist.
5. Creamy Avocado Dressing
