Ingredients:
-2 sweet potatoes
-1 cup of arugula
-1 cup of fresh basil
-1 cup of walnuts
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 TBS of nutritional yeast
-A few TBS of water
-Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Microwave 2 sweet potatoes until soft (or bake in the oven)
- Pulse together in a food processor: Arugula, basil, walnuts, garlic, sea salt and pepper.
- Add nutritional yeast and water and pulse again until you’ve reached a chunky pest consistency.
