Yield: 1/2 cup of dressing
Ingredients:
2 TBS white balsamic vinegar
2 TBS of water
½ a lemon
2 TBS of tahini
1 TBS Dijon
1 TBS of honey
2 cloves of garlic, minced
A few TBS of fresh parsley
A dash of sea salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Blend ingredients until smooth
- Enjoy as a dressing, spread or dip
